10 minutes of mobility of your choice 

WEIGHTED Glute bridge x 10/leg (barbell or kettlebell)

Scap Activation

B) Scap Push Up 3 x 15

Complete a push up and press through the top position to complete the rep.

C) 10 minutes of mobility for pistols (I.e. Ankles, hips, quads, gluten, etc…)

Then with a continuous clock…

10 minutes of pistol practice.

D) 5 sets for single max distance:

Max Handstand Walk
