Happy Valentines Day!

A) 2 minute Air Dyne or Row
1 minute Pigeon Stretch/side
1 minute “Door stretch” for chest/side (keep arm at 90 degree angle on the support)
1 minute roll out or ball smash hip capsule/side

B) Team Linda:
In teams of 2, based off the heaviest team member:
20-18-16-14-12-10-8-6-4-2
Bench Press @ body weight
Deadlift @ 1.5 x body weight
Squat Clean @ 3/4 x body weight
You can break reps up as needed between the athletes.

For our family or friends coming, use the same rep scheme for:
Push up
Banded Good mornings
Med ball clean 20/14
