The first week of the Wellness Challenge is here!! Each week we will post a tracking sheet of challenges to complete for the week. You can choose as many or as few each day to gain points as you’d like. Each week we will add on to the challenges for more choices to gain points in different areas.
At the end of the week (or early in the beginning of the next week), hand in your tracking sheet at the gym. You can also email your totals into Shannon (email link in document). We will keep track of everyone’s scores. If you have any questions, feel free to ask!
