A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
1/2 Gasser @ 50%
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 Gasser @ 75%
Scap Activation
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes:
3 HSPU
3 Box Jump over

Rest 5 minutes…

C) In teams of two, for time:
500 m row/125 double Unders (both do one set of each)
50 Deadlifts while partner holds bar @ 275#/185#
50 Toes to bar, partner hangs
*Working partner must complete 5 reps before you switch.
