A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
1/2 Gasser @ 50%
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 Gasser @ 75%
Scap Activation
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) Every minute on the minute for 5 minutes:
TNG Deadlift x 3 @ 315#/225#

C) Partner WOD For time:
100 doubles Unders, 50 each
50 Handstand push ups while partner holds handstand
50 Toes to bar while partner hangs from bar
50 Shoulder to Overhead @ 155#/100# while partner holds front rack
Both partners perform 90 foot front rack walking lunges
