Felt so tired, thought it was the lack of beard, but I forgot I was up til 4am last night studying for a midterm.
Did front squat to warm up, legs felt like lead weights. 135×10, 185×5, 225×5, 255×2, 275×2, 295… Died, just weak.
Moved to the cleans from yesterday. Felt so slow, worked up to 255, failed on 265.
Did not feel like metcon today, so did B) for today.
Still felt tired but built to 225, form was good.
Done for today.
