  1. Did some lifting first:
    Snatch 5×1: 195-205-215-225(F)-225
    Clean 5×1: 245-265-285-295-305(Fx2)
    3RM F squat: kept this light – 275
    Helen = 8:56. Felt slow on the run, otherwise felt good.
