135#/95# Deadlift to Hang Clean Thruster to Front Rack Walking Lunge
3 minute rest.
4 minute AMRAP
165#/115# Deadlift to Hang Clean Thruster to Front Rack Walking Lunge

  1. Dang, lack of sleep kept up with me a bit today but still had a great workout.
    Warm-up, then front squats:
    135×5, 185×5, 225×5, 255×5, 275×1, 295×1, 315×1.
    B) 185, 225, 245, 255(fail… Had nothing left, tried again and failed)
    C) wasn’t sure if I got this right, but did lunges x 2 until 165, and just alternated legs.
    Was not motivated but:
    Round of 95: 13
    Round of 135: 12
    Round of 165: 7
    Round of 195: 7
    Round of 225: 5
    Wasn’t sure if it was a build to you fail but that’s what I did. Felt great getting hang clusters at 225.
    Millennium Place was certainly looking at me, hopefully the few that I’ve sent over have shown up to try out CFSP!
