High Kicks
1/2 Gasser @ 75%
Scap Activation
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) Take 15 Minutes to build to a max Push Jerk.

C) 30 minute EMOM:
Minute 1: 100 m row
Minute 2: Handstand Push up x 3
Minute 3: Hollow rock x 10
