A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) Every 90 seconds for 15 minutes:
Power Snatch x 1
– Build based on feel, go heavy if you feel good. If your tired from this week, keep it lighter and work on technique.

C) Three rounds for time:
7 Squat Snatch @ 135#/95#
14 Alternating Overhead lunges @ 135#/95#
21 Toes to Bar
(Lunges can be done on the spot)
