A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) Take 20 minutes to work on any Gymnastics skill of choice.

C) 8 sets:
15 yard shuttle run
-5 yards forward, 5 yards backward, 10 yd Forward, 10 yd backward, 15 yd forward, 10 yd backward)
1 minute rest between rounds.
