High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) In teams of four:
Establish everyone’s 2RM Bench Press in less than 20 minutes.

C) With team, for time:
150 Wall balls @ 20#/14#
100 Cleans @ 155#/105#
50 Muscle Ups (or chest to bar)
