Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) E3MOM for 12 minutes:
TNG Snatch x 4
-try to maintain the same weights from last week.

C) Back Squat 3 x 5
-Strict 3 second pause in the bottom.

D) Tabata Plank Holds/Superman hold
-alternate exercises for 8 sets of each.
