A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) E3MOM for 15 minutes:
2 Power Cleans + Front Squat + Jerk

C) For time with a partner:
200 Wall Balls @ 20#/14# (alternate every 20 reps)
40 Muscle Ups (alternate every 2 or 4 reps. Pick one and stay with it for all MU’s)
