A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) 3 rounds NOT for time:
50 band Good Mornings
5 Skin the cats
30-45 second L-sit hold

C) 10 rounds for time:
10 Push Ups
10 Ring Rows

D) 10 minutes of gymnastics skill work on any skill that you need to practice. Don’t break a sweat doing this. Keep it as practice.
