A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
30 second squat hold
10 Bird Dogs/side
400 m run
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) E2MOM for 10 minutes:
Power Clean + Hang Squat Clean
-Do not put the bar down between reps.

C) Bench Press 3 x 8
Add 5# to last weeks weight.

D) 10 minute AMRAP
Clean and Jerk x 1
Then…
1 round of Cindy (5 pull ups, 10 push ups, 15 squats)
-post your weight used and your rounds.
