A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
30 second squat hold
10 Bird Dogs/side
400 m run
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) 10 minutes of mobility then…
20 minutes of gymnastics skill work for any movement(s) you choose.

C) For time:
Run 1km
Rest 5 minutes.
Run 1km
