High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
30 second squat hold
10 Bird Dogs/side
400 m run
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) Take 20 minutes to work on any gymnastics skill(s) of your choice.

C) For Quality:
4 rounds:
5 Skin the cats
10 m Handstand Walk
