A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
30 second squat hold
10 Bird Dogs/side
400 m run
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) In teams of two, complete five sets each (1 person works while other rests) of:
20 Wall Balls @ 30#/20#
10 Burpees
200 m Sled drive @ 90#/50#

C) In the same group, for time:
Muscle Ups x 30
