High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
30 second squat hold
10 Bird Dogs/side
400 m run
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) Strict Press 5 x 3
Rest 2 min between sets.

C) 5 minutes EMOM
Front Squat x 3 @ 70% of last weeks 1RM

D) “Mary”
20 minute AMRAP
5 Handstand Push ups
10 alternating pistols
15 Pull ups
