A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) Take 20 minutes to work on a couple gymnastics moves of your own choice.

C) 12 sets:
15 yard shuttle run
– run 5 yards, back pedal, run 10 yards, back pedal, sprint through 15 yards.
Rest 1 minute between rounds.
