A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
30 second squat hold
10 Bird Dogs/side
400 m run
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) 5 Sets:
Hang Snatch + Snatch Push Press x 1+2
(Push Press from back rack)

C) 3 rounds for work each set:
5 minute AMRAP:
Power Snatch x 3 @ 135#/95#
Box Jumps x 5 @ 24″/20″
Hand Release Push ups x 10
Rest 3 minutes
