High Knees

1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) For time: (with a partner. Partners must stay together on the run)
Run 400 m
Rest 2 minutes
Run 800 m
Rest 3 minutes
Run 1600 m
Rest 3 minutes
Run 800 m
Rest 2 min
Run 400 m

C) For time, with your same partner:
1-3-1-5-1-3-1
Muscle ups
(Rest as your partner completes their reps)
