Bear Crawl

1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
B) Take 20 minutes to work on any two gymnastics skills.
C) For Quality:
Starting from one end of mats o the other end and back;
Start in a hollow rock, hold for two seconds. Roll into a superman hold, hold for two seconds. Roll back to hollow rock…continue until you have gone the length of the gym and back.
