A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) 6 sets:
Halting Power Clean x 2
Rest 2 minutes between sets
-pause at knees (start of second pull) to make sure your weight is in your heels, back is tight, and lays are engaged.

C) Crazy Cindy (have fun, perform at 75%-80%)
15 minute AMRAP
5 Chest to Bar pull ups
10 Clapping push ups
15 Jumping squats
