Burgener/Thacker warm up
B) E2MOM for 10 minutes:
Snatch x 3 with 3 second hold at bottom of squat.
C) 5 sets of:
Weighted step ups x 6/leg
-add 5 lbs to last weeks weight. Rest 2 minutes between rounds.
D) Strict pull ups 4 x Max reps
Rest no more than 60 seconds between round.
