A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) In teams of two, for time:
Row 1000 m (switch every 250 m)
60 Strict pull ups
80 Burpee’s
100 Wall Balls @ 30#/20#
250 Double Unders.
– only one partner can work at a time.
