A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) Take 20 minutes to build to your Front Squat 5RM.
-Keep your technique tight on this. It only counts if the technique stays through all 5 reps.

C) Push Press 3, 3, 3, 3, 3

D) Band Good Mornings 3 x 10
