A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) 3 sets:
Side plank 45 sec/side
No rest in between, alternate immediately.

C) 10 minute EMOM:
3 HSPU
5 Dips
7 Jumping Squats (hit depth)

D) Skill practice or mobility for remainder of class.
