B) E2MOM for 30 minutes:
Clean and Jerk
– Build over the course but let technique and speed dictate whether you continue to move up in weight or not.

C) E3MOM for 12 minutes:
5 Thrusters @ 165#/110#
15 Burpee’s over the bar
