High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) “Murph”
For time:
1 mile run
100 Pull ups
200 Push ups
300 Squats
1 mile run
– If you have a 20 pound weighted vest, wear it! Good luck.
