High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) At around 75%-80%
In teams of two;
30 minute AMRAP:
50 Deadlifts @ 115#/75#
50 Toes to bar
50 Burpee’s
400 m Partner Carry.
(Alternate reps as needed between partners. Every time your partner stops moving you must switch!)
