Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) E3MOM for 18 minutes:
Power Snatch + Snatch

C) Back Squat 5 x 3 @ 75%
Rest 3 minutes between sets.

D) Side Plank 3 x 30sec/side, no rest between sets.
