A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) E2MOM for 12 minutes:
Muscle Snatch x 3 (choose your weight)

C) E4MOM for 24 minutes:
Back Squat x 5
10 Box Jump Overs @ 24″/20″
– Increase your weight each set. Try clearing the box on each jump, this is not for time.
