A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Bird Dog x 15/side
HANDSTAND WALK
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) 10 sets:
15 yard Shuttle drill
– Run 5 yards, run backwards to start, run 10 yards, run backwards to start, run 15 yards, run backwards to start.
– These are sprints. All out effort every set. Rest as other groups go or max of 60 seconds between sets.

C) 10 minutes to practice any gymnastics skill that you would like.
