A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) EMOM for 20 minutes:
Power Clean x 2 (increase by 5# each set)

C) For time:
Clean and Jerk x 50 reps @ 135#/95#

D) 3 sets of:
L-sit x 30-45 seconds

  1. Went fairly well today, changed it a bit at the end.
    B) 225, 230, 235, 240, 245, 250, 255, 260, 265, 270. All double power-cleans. Almost ended up squatting on the second 270, but kept it up. Then did a 275 for fun.

    Changed up with strict presses, knew I wasn’t gonna get much out of L-sits today, but I’ll do em later. Strict press, new 1RM @ 225. Got it on video too.

    C) was really hoping for sub 6 min, really think I could have pushed harder, but got 6:05. I will be doing both Isabelle and Grace next month and am hoping to get under 2:30 for both. (Not the same day of course)

    That was it, now I’m installing a new kitchen faucet! Wish me luck!
