1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk

Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) Take 20 minutes to build to a heavy 3 rep Hang Power Clean.

C) Every 2 minutes on the minute for 10 minutes:
Even: 5 TNG Clean and Jerks @ 135#/95#
Odd: 3 UB Muscle Ups

D) For time:
100 Double Unders
