A decent wod. Hspus weren’t bad. Started with 5s then 3s til the end. Felt strong til the end. Front squats weren’t bad either. Started at 5s and moved to 3s at 18. Bar facing burpees sucked but kept moving – 10s, then 5s and then 3s to move faster. 31:44 with Dan G. Did not hold handstand.
Tough wod on the wrists! But Mel and I kept moving and communicated well. Finished in 36:26 and Mel got some awesome strict MU, I did not.
