Finished both rounds of “nasty girls” in 15:22 – muscle ups felt great!
B) 205-205-205. All felt very good, thinking this will definitely be my starting weight.
C) 2 rounds of nasty girls v2 in 8:56
Extra work: a few attempts at handstand walk – longest was about 48 feet!
Missed 175 twice than power snatched the last one. Muscle ups sucked but finished them time was 15:50 really have to work on muscle ups maybe one day ill be as good as shane
B) 185-205fx2-205 felt light, just need to work on consistency.
C) Pistols and MU’s were all unbroken, however had to break up the HPC’s- need to work on stringing them together more and being more efficient. Otherwise felt relatively fresh after 2 rounds.

– nasty girls- pistols unbroken-MU felt great-did a set of 3 in a row then 2 sets of 2 in first rd. hang cleans felt heavy and used 105#. It was a fun π
I used 110 for the hang snatch. Missed the first attempt and got the next two.
Nasty girls was fun. Finished 2 rounds in just over 19 min with modified muscle ups. I forgot it was hang cleans so that didn’t help my time out π
Used 110 for hang snatch. Hit 115 but think I’d start at 110. Finished 1 round +pistols, 1 mu in 16 min. Only did 5 mu in my first round because my elbow bicep was acting up. Hang clean felt good. Did sets of 5. Pistols also felt way better in the second round.
B) 195f 195 205f 205f That damn 195 was finally made. Happy about that. 205 went up quick twice, just missed by a fraction.
C) 8:22. Pistols got slow in round 2. Unbroken MU. Hang cleans in 5s. A 3rd round would be slower, but could make the 16 min cap.
Thought I could use 115 for my starting weight(felt good during warm up), but once we started the clock I failed my first 2 at 115 so I dropped to 105. Will definitetly start at 105 to be safe(hoping to pr at 125 or 130 when we’re there.. Ha.)
Nasty Girls V2: Everything felt good for the first round, but my Mu’s fell apart in round 2. Wasn’t able to complete my last 7 within the time cap. I think I did 4 or 5 and then just completed the cleans anyways. 2nd round of cleans felt heavy, but manageable. Fun wod, but Mu’s are playing with my head..lol.
