High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) Hang Squat Snatch Ladder:
15 minute EMOM, starting at 75#/55#, increase by #10/5# every minute until failure.

C) 15 minute AMRAP:
2 rope climbs (team)/10 Pull Ups (CrossFit)
10 Hang Snatch @ 95#/65#
30 Double Unders

  1. B) 125lbs hang snatch went up easy!! Tried 145 for fun and power snatches it!
    C) Then got 6 rounds plus 9 reps
