High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl

1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) E2MOM for 12 minutes:
Clean Pull + Power Clean (Use 75%-80% for all sets)

C) Bench Press 3 x 8-10 @ last weeks weight + 10#’s

D) EMOM for 10 minutes:
5 Burpee’s
5 Clean and Jerk @ 135#/95#
