Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) Every 3 minutes on the minute for 18 minutes:
Power Clean + Hang Power Clean @ 70%-75%

C) Bench Press 3 x 8-10 @ <50% of 1RM.
Rest 1-2 minutes between sets

D) 5 Rounds for time:
3 Hang Power Cleans @ 225#/135#
