Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) E3MOM for 18 minutes
Hang Snatch + Snatch

C) 3 sets:
Snatch Pulls x 3 @ 100% of 1RM
Rest 2 minutes between sets.

D) Tabata Burpee
-Complete as many burpee’s to a 6″ target as possible in 20 seconds with
10 seconds rest after. Do 8 sets./
