1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) Push Press 5 x 5 TNG
Rest 2 minutes between sets. Keep these fast!

C) 10 sets:
60 seconds on of:
12 Box Jumps 24″/20″
12 Wall Balls at 20#/14#
Max Shoulder to Overhead at 95#/65#
60 seconds rest.
