Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up

B) 10 sets:
250 m sprint
Rest 2 minutes between sets

C) 10 minutes of mobility.

COMPETITION:
D) Back Squat 5 x 3 @ 75-80%
This is maintenance. Even if it is light do not add.
