B) EMOM for 10 minutes:

-start at 115#/55# and add 10# each minute

C) Every 30 seconds for 5 minutes:
Squat Clean x 3 @ 225#/135#
-scale if needed

20 Double Unders
10 Chest to bar Pull ups
5 Thrusters @ 135#/95#
