Felt pretty good today.
B)215×3, 225×3, 235×2, 235×2 (all were touch and go and felt good), 255×1, 265×1 (fail – shouldn’t miss at this weight but caught it really forward)
C)159 reps total. Rounds were 55, 51, 53. Really tough, especially the 3rd round but happy that I could keep my reps above 50.
D)Body was smoked so kept it really light. All at 225
Well done man! Think of how this applies to last years Open WOD as well with the C+J and T2B. Those are great numbers!
