Good day, completed a warmup including Burgener with Snatch drops and balance.
Moved onto B) 135, 155, 175, 185, 195 (f on snatch), 195.
Speedis getting better as well as position, just gotta keep working at it. Decided to do OHS, and skip the back squat at the end, work on being stronger in that OH position: 135×5, 155×5, 175×5, 195×2, 205, 215, 225. Gotta get that up too. Balance is off, need that old PR of 245 to come back and go up.
C) 5rounds even, T2B slowed me down, everything else unbroken. Probably should have moved faster.
