A) One length each:
High Knees
Butt Kicks
Bear Crawl
High Kicks
1/2 length Spider-Man crawl
1/2 length Duck Walk
Burgener/Thacker warm up
B) 15 sit up to pike stretch
2 minutes pike stretch
15 sit up to straddle stretch
2 minutes pancake splits
2 minutes total of bridge ups
2 minutes skin the cat stretch
C) 20 minutes of gymnastics technique work. Choose one or two different moves to work on. (Advice: don’t choose muscle ups)
D) Death by burpee’s
Minute 1, do 1 burpee.
Minute 2, do 2 burpee’s.
Minute 3, do 3…etc.
