High Knees

Butt Kicks

Bear Crawl

High Kicks

1/2 length Spider-Man crawl

1/2 length Duck Walk

Burgener/Thacker warm up

 

B) E2MOM for 20 minutes:

Snatch Pull x 2 + Snatch

 

C) 3 rounds for times:

8 Snatch @ 135#/95#

12 Toes to Bar

16 Handstand Push Ups

20 Double Unders

4 minutes rest between sets.

 

COMPETITION:

D) Drop Snatch 3 x 3 (Keep it light, work on speed. Minimal rest between sets.)

 

and if time permits…

 

Back Squat 4 x 8-10
